Our body is our temple. We have only one body to live in for the rest of our lives. Your body will always want to support you, no matter how you treat it, it will always try to take the best out of what you are providing and try to make it work.
If you have ever been impressed by any technology that is surrounding us, be aware that none of the technology we have invented has come close to what is happening within our body. Every single molecule in your body has its own role. Everything is there for a reason. Every action has a reaction and every single thing you do with your body will have an influence on the molecular level.
The body’s main goal is to maintain the balance. Nothing is ever still, everything is moving and there is a flow of life happening. You have mechanisms to clean up the mess that was created, you have mechanism to rebuild the cells, structures… Everything is there to support you on your mission.
However, even though your body is capable to adjust on your way of eating and living, it’s not a never ending story. We cannot go above the nature laws. There will come a point where your body will not be able to maintain the balance anymore. Your body will warn you when that happens. It tries to communicate with you through symptoms and markers. However, first reactions of the body are usually not painful so we often don’t even notice them. But if you keep on doing the wrong thing and not understanding the messages your body is sending you, your body will start to scream – and there comes an illness. Any kind of illness is developed through time, nothing comes all of the sudden. Therefore, it’s crucial to take care of your body before it screams. It’s our job to make sure you provide the right nutrition for it and it will keep on supporting you.
We are often not aware how much are we influenced by our inner system. When you are having a mess within you, you can practice mindset work as much as you can, but finding sustainable inner peace and happiness will remain very hard if you don’t fix your inner system.
I want you to be aware that happiness and health are the closest friends possible! You cannot have one without another.
There are certain things that are influencing your mood directly and I want you to be aware of them. Below you will find 3 direct ways how your body is influencing your level of happiness and what you can do in order to make it work for you.
1. INFLAMMATION
If you are like more than 90 % of people, you are likely to have increased inflammation in the body. It was confirmed that inflammation is the root cause of many lifestyle diseases and that you can decrease your chances to develop those diseases dramatically with focusing on the right food. As you know, our body has incredible immune system that is there to protect us against toxins, bacteria, viruses etc. When our body is attracted by any of those, the inflammation rate is increased – meaning your body create more “solders” and bigger army to fight against foreigners. Inflammation results in fever, sour through, swollen glands, skin irritation and redness etc. However, there is certain food that make our body believe it has to fight, when it’s actually not necessary to do so. Certain food, environmental conditions and also certain way of exercising is increasing the inflammation in your body. This state is very energy-consuming for your body and it drags the energy away from what actually needs to be done. Moreover, it makes your cell believe there is “fight-o’clock” which you can imagine is not a pleasant and nice vibration. There are trillions of cells within you having a battle and you wonder how come you are not able to relax and decrease the stress in you mind? Well, here is the answer.
So what can you do?
Be aware of the inflammatory food and implement as much anti-inflammatory food in your diet as possible. I suggest that in the beginning you mostly focus on introducing more anti-inflammatory food than eliminating what is bad. The reason behind it is psychological – without paying too much attention to eliminating the inflammatory one, your will reduce its intake effortlessly by focusing on what is good for you.
Lower the consumption of pro-inflammatory foods and drinks:
– highly processed food
– foods that contain lectins and anti-nutrients: wheat (noodles, pasta, bread, crackers) and potentially other grains *(depends on your body type), potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, peanuts
– certain legumes (beans, soya)
– dairy products
– gluten and other food allergens
– beer – can trigger inflammation of the joints/other areas and other allergy like symptoms
– nightshades (peppers, tomatoes, eggplants etc)
– fried food
