You are definitely going to feel the changes of your diet very soon, however sustainable results are shown in time and comes as consequences of all the approaches combined. We have to be aware of the nature’s law: we cannot rush the nature and we definitely cannot speed up biochemical processes. If you stop the program after the first month, it’s very likely you will go back to your old eating/living habits, because the body hasn’t adjusted to changes yet. However, within 4 months your gut micro flora will be totally changed, your cells are rebuilt and adjusted to new lifestyle which makes it effortlessly to make changes lasting for good.
