Individual program to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes

To have a healthy lifestyle means more than just taking care of your nutrition and working out. I believe the crucial part is to get to know your body, you physical needs and learn how to properly listen to your body. Your biochemistry directly influences your mood and level of happiness. If you want a sustainable change in your mood and level of joy you feel, you have to include the big trio - mind, body and spirit. And this is what we can do together!

Finding your ideal lifestyle is an ongoing practice that is changing constantly. There is no “one-side-fit-all” way of doing it and even when you find out what serves you, it can very well change with time. Therefore, my way of working with people is far from traditional.
The main intention behind being your guide to your healthy lifestyle is to help you understand your body and listen to it daily. Every single body is unique and I cannot help you find a suitable lifestyle without your conscious observation and the feedback that your body is sending you. Sometimes I say that I help people speak their cell’s language so they can start communicating and acting as one whole union.
The program is based on combining the knowledge of biochemistry and molecular nutrition with coaching to create lifestyle changes that last for good. The mission behind is to guide people to reconnect with the body, build a strong temple and enjoy the benefits of a healthy and happy life.
The program is structured the way it leads you through the process of creating sustainable changes in the time frame of 4-6 months (depends on primal conditions). For the best results, it’s highly recommended to take program seriously and get committed to take it straight for the whole transformational period.

How fast can I expect changes?

You are definitely going to feel the changes of your diet very soon, however sustainable results are shown in time and comes as consequences of all the approaches combined. We have to be aware of the nature’s law: we cannot rush the nature and we definitely cannot speed up biochemical processes. If you stop the program after the first month, it’s very likely you will go back to your old eating/living habits, because the body hasn’t adjusted to changes yet. However, within 4 months your gut micro flora will be totally changed, your cells are rebuilt and adjusted to new lifestyle which makes it effortlessly to make changes lasting for good.

How to know that this program is for you?

This program is for you if you are searching for individual holistic guidance that will take into account all aspects of your life and help you turn your body into energetic and healthy temple. If you have been struggling with weight swings, digestion issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic lack of energy or other dis-eases that are making your life uncomfortable, this is for you. The program will help you achieve a functional body with constant supply of energy, high productivity and long-term vitality.

FIRST MONTH INCLUDES:

  • 2x 60min session: in the first session I gain all information I need from you & in the second one we’re going through material listed below that will be prepared based on conditions
  • Body analysis based on physical markers and occurring symptoms – in case of severe imbalances biochemical tests might be required
  • Report on your hormone levels, inflammation rate, metabolism characteristics, toxicity level etc. that can be evaluated based on your body conditions
  • Understanding about your body conditions, why certain symptoms are showing up, how your body is communicating with you and how to properly listen to it
  • Suggested meal plan based on your physical needs
  • Guidance on suggested types of workouts*
  • Guidance and information about right combination of food
  • Guidance and information about anti-inflammatory food that serves your body type
  • Guidance how to make your healthy lifestyle simple
  • Suggested lifestyle hacks to enhance your energy levels

*(Trainings or workout routines are not included! I’m not a personal trainer and this is not my field of expertise. However, I can suggest what type of workout could work best for your based on your biochemical blueprint).

To get the whole experience and sustainable change a minimum of 4 months is suggested. Additional months allow us to look at the root cause of your eating and lifestyle habits and making sure that we are addressing them with mindset shifts as well.
